It depends on the size of the space and the level of finishing, so we never quote a number before seeing it. After a free site visit we send a detailed written estimate with fixed prices — and that figure does not change unless you change the scope.
A full apartment renovation usually runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on size and scope. You get a stage-by-stage schedule before we start, and the deadline is written into the contract — if we run over, we pay.
Both, under one contract. You do not need a separate designer and builder, and there is no one to blame anyone else when something goes wrong — one team carries the project from first sketch to handover.
