A full apartment renovation usually runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on size and scope. You get a stage-by-stage schedule before we start, and the deadline is written into the contract — if we run over, we pay.
Yes. You walk through your finished space in 3D — materials, colours and lighting included — and approve it before a single wall is touched. What you sign off is exactly what we build.
Both, under one contract. You do not need a separate designer and builder, and there is no one to blame anyone else when something goes wrong — one team carries the project from first sketch to handover.
