About us
Decorator is a Tbilisi-based interior design and renovation company, delivering complete projects from the first concept to the final handover. We bring design, construction, and finishing together under one contract, with one dedicated point of contact guiding your project from start to finish. Before construction begins, you can review and approve your future space in 3D. Our team then manages every stage according to the agreed design, budget, and schedule, keeping you informed throughout the process.
What we do
Everything You Need
From One Studio
You do not need a separate designer,
a separate builder and a separate finisher.
We cover the whole scope in-house,
so the vision that goes into the drawing is the same one that comes out on site.
Why Decorator
Everything
Under One Contract
You pick the style and approve it in 3D.
We handle the drawings, the crews, the materials
and the schedule and hand you the keys on the day we promised.
One Contract
Design and build under one agreement — no finger-pointing
Fixed Budget
A written estimate before demolition. No surprise invoices
3D Before We Build
You approve the finished space before a single wall is touched
On Time Or We Pay
Our deadline is in the contract, with a penalty if we run over
